GPA 12-inch 212 co-ax (604) in back-loaded horn. Anyone?

Yes - I know the BLH question has surfaced a few times...but the search facility on the site doesn't show a lot of threads.

I'm looking at building a BLH with the GPA 212 12-inch co-ax driver.

Has anyone done this?

Any general experiences with BLH's, eg with the 604 15-inch?

(I've just finished a Stonehenge V with the GPA 604-111....love it.)

Would someone be able to assist with some hornres or similar modelling? I have an idea re compression chamber size, throat size, horn length and mouth size.

I'm not aware of any speaker being built yet using this driver.

Enough experience with BLHs to not like them much except for bass bin duty below its 3rd harmonic dip, though none using 604s.

Anybody can be a speaker/horn designer now that HornResp has a Wizard, so load it as a compound horn (which is what you'll need for best performance) and use it to fine tune it with the understanding that peaks/dips will be much muted (or even not there in reality) due to no acoustic damping being programmed in.
